Contact us by email within 14 days of the delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) in order for us to accept your return. All returns must be in the manufacturer’s original box, in unused / unwashed condition and must have an RMA number marked on the shipping box. Items returned to our warehouse with no RMA number marked on the returned shipping box will be discarded and no refund will be processed. All returns, order cancelations and refusals of delivery are subject to the actual shipping costs of the return, unless it was the cause of our error. Once we receive the return we will credit your account within 14 business days
